You found your way to our site, so it's likely you care deeply about your health, the health of the animals you eat, or the health of the environment.  Or maybe you've realized that all of these concerns are inherently intertwined.

At Free Union Grass Farm, we share the same concerns. Since 2010, we have been building an agricultural system that we believe provides conscious eaters with the ability to eat well, while doing good. In the process, we've come to learn food raised the right way is both more nourishing and more delicious.

No matter your motivation, we value the effort to eat with intention. It has been our pleasure to feed thousands of people in the central Virginia area, many of whom have come to feel like family. We look forward to feeding you next!
